Gutted.
How did Neopets ruin it for you?
I'm going at midnight to get the book, and my friend who is coming with me keeps threatening to read the ending. I think i will literally punch her in the face if she even thinks about it.
Lol. Great friend i am xD

I think my HBP was spoiled too. Forgot where though.
Yeah, I'm going at midnight with my brother, all the while trying to avoid the Potter-freaks with round glasses and magic-marker scars. I <3 Harry Potter, but not to that degree :]

My OotP was completely spoiled!
"Have you read the bit about how Sirius dies yet?"
I nearly killed the person who told me!
Our HP books come out at 7:30! Other states are different (yay for timezones!) but its cool how we can all read them at the same time!

We're not allowed to get them until 12:01, as opposed to midnight. My friend said it was something about how the British get there's first, or something.

7.30?? Are there no midnight openings in Australia then? If it were a mid night opening for us then we would get it before heaps of others.

The US has a bunch of time zones. When you posted that you would have it in five hours, that was at around 1 pm for me, so I guess it's about six hours different, but that's just where I live. It's about 9 hours different on the west coast, I believe, so I guess 7:30's the average.
